How to request account deletion
If the app provides an in-app deletion option, sign in, open Account/Profile or Settings, choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you cannot access the app
Email cmnmediapvtltd@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include the email or phone number registered to your account and your username, if any. Do not send your password, one-time passcode or full payment-card details. We may ask for reasonable verification.
What happens after a request
After verifying a valid request, we will process it within the time required by applicable law and our operational procedures. Account details, profile information, watchlists and viewing history may be deleted or de-identified where technically and legally possible.
Information we may retain
Some information may be retained for a limited period where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, security or legal compliance.
Subscriptions and payments
Deleting your account may not automatically cancel subscriptions billed by an app store or another payment provider. Cancel such subscriptions through the provider’s subscription settings to prevent future renewals.
