1. Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Jagreeti Films OTT, operated by CMN Media Pvt Ltd. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility and account
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and meet any minimum age requirements shown by the Service. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Service and content availability
The Service may provide films, series, videos, trailers, artwork, descriptions and related materials. Catalogue, languages, subtitles, quality and availability may vary by region, licence, subscription tier and technical conditions. We may add, modify, suspend or remove content where reasonably necessary.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Any price, billing period, trial, renewal, tax and payment conditions will be shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew only where the checkout flow and applicable law permit and renewal terms are disclosed. Refunds and cancellations are handled according to the displayed offer terms and applicable law.
5. Cancellation
If subscriptions are offered, cancel using account settings or the provider through which you subscribed. Deleting the app alone may not cancel a subscription managed by an app store or payment provider.
6. Permitted use
Use the Service for personal, lawful and non-commercial viewing unless expressly authorised otherwise. Do not copy, record, redistribute, publicly perform, sell, rent or otherwise exploit content except where a feature and applicable law expressly allow it.
7. Prohibited conduct
You must not infringe rights, upload malware, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, bypass access controls, impersonate others or use the Service for fraud or unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual property
The Service design, software, branding and materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holders. Access gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for permitted personal purposes.
9. Third-party services
The Service may link to third-party websites, app stores or payment providers. Those services may have separate terms and privacy policies.
10. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, material breach, legal compliance or service protection, subject to applicable law.
11. Disclaimers and liability
We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules and the jurisdiction of courts or dispute-resolution bodies required by applicable law.
